Rajat, a well-traveled chef who has honed his culinary skills in Italy and Switzerland, partnered with Prathap, a savvy entrepreneur with a rich background in F&B. Together, they’re on a mission to bring the authentic tastes of Italy to Bangalore, one delicious bite at a time.
